Firstly you will experience
how Zoller Hof Bier is brewed after which you will receive a small
meal followed by a comfortable hike along the banks of the river
Danube. Crossing the Devils Bridge where you will admire cliffs
and caves. Walking through lush green meadows reaching Thiergarten,
home of the Erlebnisbrennerei, where you will satiate your thirst
and hunger.

In the courtyard of the brewery you will be welcomed by the
brewery guide. Here you will be introduced to the production
of fine beer.
After this viewing in the brewery you will be presented with
refreshments in the brewery inn.

2. Experience
Beer- and
Geo-hike from Sigmaringen to Thiergarten

Here, refreshed you will begin the hike along the Danube.
In Laiz you will pass the St Christof statue, where you leave
the Danube behind and proceed through the fields to Inzigkhofen,
between the monastry walls and the Danube, a park where you
can visualize ghosts and witches. To the right you will see
the Devils bridge which spans an 80m high gorge. |

On this geo-hike you will learn about the development of
the Swabian Jura and how the Danube formed the valley, how
glaciers blocked the rivers way and how the region was established.
You will learn about climate change and discover wonderful
natural beauty.
You will reach Diefurth from where you will see the ruins
of Dietfurth Castle which offers a magnificent view
At Gutenstein you will return to the river Danube and see
the Castle of Gutenstein an a rock over the river. Ond the
way we will follow the railway line with little railway cottages.

St Georgs Chapel can be seen at Käppeler Hof. It is
the smallest Basilika north of the Alps.
A few meters more and you have reached the Erlebnisbrennerei
after 4 hours of walking.
